Delete your account
Three ways to do it
What happens when you close your account
Your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in. Your name and email address are removed from your account profile. Closing your account does not automatically erase all stored data: order history, budgets and settings may remain in our records.
If you would rather clear your Amazon order history but keep the account, the website Settings page has a separate Delete all orders option in the Danger Zone section. To request removal of other stored data, email [email protected] from the address used for your account.
Your subscription
Before closing your account, cancel any paid subscription through the service where you bought it. For a website subscription, use Manage billing in Settings. For an App Store subscription, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, AmazaSpend and Cancel Subscription. Closing your AmazaSpend account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
For more information about your data, see our Privacy Policy or contact support.
